I ❤ Shoes

Oh Kesslord Nurse shoes, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways...

1. You can have a plain outfit - hmm, yes she looks nice, but hang on, look down...POW. Amazing footwear. They can jazz up any ensemble.

2. So many different options. You see I NEED these for the summer to make that dress more...dressy, I NEED them for that job interview, I NEED them to wear with a lot of knitwear in the winter and of course I NEED these 3.5 heeled, unusual brougey-style, simply amazing shoes because, well because they're simply amazing.

3. Even if I put on a few (plus a few more) pounds, or lose a few, they will always fit. So regardless of overdoing it on the rosé and pringles front, they'll always be there for me.

4. They’re so me. Not too high, but high enough to do the old taut calf and bum trick; a colour that will go with most of my mad outfits; and simple but classy.

So as you can see, I can rhapsodise about shoes until the (well-shod) cows come home.

Also, I have my favourite ever shoes as the (sometimes worn) centrepiece on my mantelpiece at home. Surely that qualifies me as some kind of shoe crazy person lover?
