Comfy Friday

Three posts this week, it's been a while since that happened!

My Friday night is going to consist of watching New Girl with the gorgeous Zooey Deschanel and playing on the Wii. We got the Wii Fit Plus in the January sales and I'm trying to use it for at least half an hour a day so I can get fit this year. Even though I'm a bit of a technophobe I love it, although I'm trying to put out of my mind the fact that I'm "jogging" "stepping" etc on the computer instead of in real life outside...ah well.

This is my cosy and easy outfit for a cold Friday:

AGGRESSIVE STANCE!

And to keep even warmer along with my fur coat, my gorgeous looooong new scarf for Christmas from my sister. It has matching mittens too! From H&M.

Some random stuff:

Tom's new t-shirt by Flawless - doesn't he look handsome and moody? According to him he just looks gormless! (I think it's a thin line...)

Last night I made a frankly quite amazing vegetarian/healthy lasagne for me and my friend Jess.

It was gorgeous and SO easy. Even though I'd never give up meat entirely it is sometimes easier to cook without it.

Click here for the recipe, I substituted carrots for aubergine, mozzarella for parmesan (bleugh, tastes like sick) and added mushrooms.

Happy weekends everyone!

Tom does look handsome!

With the Wii Fit, did you know that you can put Free Step on and switch over to watch normal tv? Half an hour flies by that way!
